Local Law #6-2024 amends town code to update roadway construction specifications and to implement improve the roadway dedication process. According to Councilman Frolish, this will ensure that future town roads constructed as part of new developments have been built to the Town's desired specifications and requirements. This public hearing will occur at 6:30 pm as part of the regularly scheduled monthly Town Board meeting.
